At Sienna Glen Candles, we strive to ensure that you are delighted with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. While we do not accept returns, we are happy to offer exchanges under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Exchange:

• Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Exchange Process:

• To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at siennaglencandles@gmail.com with your order number and details of the product you wish to exchange.
• Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back to us.

Shipping Costs:

• Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item for exchange.
• We will cover the shipping costs for sending the exchanged item back to you.

Damaged or Defective Items:

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos and details of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Non-Exchangeable Items:

• Custom or personalized candles are not eligible for exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.
